Motivation and exercise

I used to be really active pre diagnosis, with lots of Bikram yoga, hiking and running. Due to life these have all gone by the wayside for nearly a year and a half now. I want to get back into running, with some complimentary strength building on the side, but I'm worried about having lack of motivation due to mood and fatigue. Any tips or advice on how to carry on on your worst days?
@Brewster

I consider my worse days as my rest days. Which, as we know, we all need anyway and is part of exercise itself. My Plegridy injection days, I ‘tapper’ towards just as they were my event days. And then build back up (start again!!!) from there. Variety is the spice of life. And even a 👍🏼on the {M}ove {S}smile Strava group can help Just go with the flow. Something is better than nothing!

May be find yourself a trade mills and you can use to exercise at home, personally I hate the cold weather, so I bought used trade mills and I exercise while my baby was doing nap time after lunch and now I use it on evening and weekends
