COVID vaccine and treatment

Is it a terrible idea to get my COVID and flu vaccine on the same day I get my tysabri infusion? I've never had a problem with the vaccines before- I don't tend to react to them, and I've not had a reaction to the tysabri, but I've only had 1 infusion so far. It's just that that's the only time I can go to my nearest vaccine center!

Stnadard recommendation is to wait 6-8 weeks after infusion before getting a jab. This is definitely a conversation you should have had with your Consultant or prescribing pharmacist. I would say, yes, it is a terrible idea. Give it a couple of months.

@Will_Berard oh that's interesting, cos I have to have mine every 4 weeks 🤔 think I'll give them a ring
