I had a terrible reaction to my first shingles vaccine. Ended up shivering, felt cold, aching all over, headache and very tired etc. Thankfully the second was no where near as bad. Always felt a bit rough after the flu vaccine but nothing like the shingles one 😆

@I_am_Tom Thanks Tom Can hardly lift my legs today although the headache has gone now thank goodness.
