I have been keeping an optimistic eye on the PIPE-307 trial of a potential remyelination treatment: https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06083753 Looks like the study finished in July / August but no results yet. Anyone know when that may happen? Or have I missed it? I realise that it was an RRMS trial, but surely if ìt works, they'd speed run a PPMS trial
