I was disappointed when the investigation of PIPE-307 as a potential remyelination agent was discontinued at Phase 2, but the only description of why it failed was with regard to visual letter gain, not change in disability. Still interested, I looked again >6 months on, and no results have been posted. Rather, an extension to not post the results for 2 years has been submitted. Does anyone know why that would be? My inner conspiracy theorist is suspicious big pharma is hiding a treatment to preserve a lucrative income stream from existing DMTs (for what wouldn't be the first time).
