Good evening all, I’ve been on ocrevus since 2019 and only this year my neuro has told me that my body fights the DMT and is likely creating antibodies against ocrevus. Due to this I have to have ocrevus every 6 months and not push it any longer. I looked back at my b cells from when I started and they have never truly depleted and they regenerate in record time. I have a MRI next week as I’ve not had my spine scanned since dx in 2018 so I’m getting the full brain and spine so he can see any changes and possibly may have to move to another DMT 🥲 I believe would still be ocrevus but the monthly self inject type. Has anyone experienced similar situation?
