How is Ocrevus working for you?
I finally decided to start Ocrevus. A start date is TBD. I am aware of the blood work I need to give prior to starting this infusion. I understand day one is filled with observation after the infusion is given. I’m just curious how it went for others in the beginning? Side effects? I pray it’ll be good.
No problems at all for me, aside from a bit of fatigue. But I’ll take it! My symptoms improved a bit in the first 2 months and by the time I had a follow up MRI my lesions had begun to shrink. So grateful for this med and hope you have a great experience!
For me my first 1/2 doses were awful. Look at the website for Ocrevus. I got almost every single one of them. It took 4 days to get back to normal and then I had my 2 half dose and it wasn’t as bad as the first but still crappy. It depends on the person. Some people hardly feel anything too. So it’s all how your body decides how it’s gonna hate you or not. After the 2nd full dose (a year after you start it) it eventually gets better. But again I can not stress everyone is different.
