Kesimpta Injection

Today is the 1st day of starting my medication. What side effects did others have on the injection 💉

Hi there, yeah the only adverse side effect I experienced with kesimpta anti-CD20 was immunosuppression. It doesn’t completely wipeout your immune system like lemtrada anti-CD52 but, just knockout the B-cells. Not everyone will suffer this side effect, I think I was just unlucky picking up recurring respiratory infections. 🦠 Hope you’ll be alright, good luck anyway.

I’ve found taking the injection before bed and take paracetamol has helped. Have been on kesimpta since October last year, have experienced one infection since starting. I hope you got on well with this DMT .
