Hi and welcome I was scared and lost at first because I didn’t know anything about ms till my neurologist told me a little about ms and then my ms nurse explained in more depth about it and said this is a new me so learn the new me and everything will be fine and 6 years later I have learnt that I can’t do some of the things I used to anymore

Hi I totally understand where you are coming from I was diagnosed end of last year and I felt the same. If you are struggling with your back after lumbar puncture ask to see a physiotherapist they helped me. Give your self time to get your head around it and just take one day at a time and take the little wins
