Out Of Service

Another weekend and another fair yesterday. Meaning I'll be out of Service for a few days due to being unable to walk more than a few steps. Well worth it though. I still can't work out why everyone seems to think plenty of daily exercise is somehow a cure for MS???? Clearly they don't have MS or know enough people with it.

Amazing to hear that your weekend went great 😃! And yes get plenty of rest and stay hydrated. No you're right. Exercise isn't a cure but I am one of those people who goes to the gym daily as it definitely helps with my mobility. I have had Ms for a while and I stay connected with many MSers. I have foot drop and for me, regular excerise helps Everybody responds differently to different methods depending on the stage they're at too.

@Jaspreet_Johl I understand that regular exercise is beneficial and yes I stay as active as I can. Mostly because I've always been unable to stay in one place for too long anyway. But once my muscles start totally cramping and hurting. No amount of exercise is going to help. My body is stopping the muscles being used for a reason. And it won't let them be used again without enough rest. The MS is so bloody complex and difficult. I believe you're body tells you what it needs. And that exercise is only a small part towards helping. All the research I have done point towards the same things, too much hidden ultra processed foods, too many useless vitamin supplements that the body cannot absorb, the use of hormones in meat production and stress from modern living.
