Weird sensory pain in left forearm

Pain is shooting but dull and intermittent last 3 days fatigue has also been through the roof any ideas?????

My FATIQUE is CONSTANT !!! So my Dr prescribed Adderall XR - It is used for ADHD but if you don't have that issue then it works as a STIMULANT !! ?? !! This has worked GREAT 👍 for me for the last 7 years. I do not HAVE TO FEEL THE HORRENDOUS FEELING THAT COMES WITH 💤 FATIQUE 💤
