Shift.ms is better if you're logged in

(Everyone must be sick of me bringing this up 😒. Please forgive give me). Im on higher meds for another reylapse. Do far so good 👍 BUT every now and I get a tiny (hot horrific by means) shock. As uf to say I'm still here- font get too relaxed 😌. It scarss the shit out if me. I immediately get some warm water or something - to warm my mouth? It probably does absolutely nothing lol. I told doc but he said 'is ut bad enough to increase medicine or is it manageable just now?' I said no its fine. Just now and again. Anyone else get similar?
