I had my second dose of Ocrevus a week ago today. I’ve been pretty tired ever since but even more so today. I also feel weak and kinda like I have a fever- but I don’t, my temperature is normal. I had to leave work today because I got so lightheaded and short of breath. (I have a pretty active job.) Is this MS fatigue? Still a result of the infusion? Or likely something else entirely? Any insights?
