being retested this week after low iron count suggests possible link to liver failing. Its definitely a link.
Is it possible you are having a gallstone flare? (Which would put your liver enzyme tests up and possibly cause an MS flare?). Any abdominal pain, cramps after eating, etc. Some MS meds will cause your liver enzymes to go up e.g. Tecfidera. But otherwise no, there's no known link between MS and liver disturbance that I've read.
