Hi There, I started having dizzy and balance problems last November. The other symptoms I have are a tremor in my left hand, vibration in my foot, twitching in my face and struggling to get my words out. So far, I have been diagnosed with Labrynthitis, then BPPV and then possibly Meniers Disease and possibly a stroke. After being admitted into mau I was then told it could possibly be MS and I was sent for an MRI. The MRI results came back clear of Lesions. I was just wondering if anyone has these symptoms and can you have MS without it showing on an MRI

I had Labrynthitis, walking and balance problems for years and only after on a lumber puncture last year, along with a review of scans, was I diagnosed with MS.
