Hi :) I've got ppms and a chameleon. Lol I was going to write a msg to you about "try and go with your diagnosis " and "just go with it with your head held high" but the truth is when I had to be made medically retired from a job I loved and was earning top dollar,I lost my shit,fell to bits still standing but lost in a void of what the fck do I do now. Well after luckily having the support of amazing NHS staff (medical staff) the specialist lead me in directions I never knew existed (I hope where you are there's available support that can be there for your questions :) the truth is your going to be ok and adapt because truly we ain't got no choice lol and we're flipping rock stars !! Lol sertraline prescribed me really helped calm my brain and brought back my focus. Explore, examine your options . In this vast hole left to me in not being able to scaffold or ground work I've turned into a disability sailing club which is seasonal but I absolutely love :) your going on a new adventure so smile lol 😆
