My MS went away 😬
Hey guys so does anyone ever question if they still have MS? I know when I was first dx yrs ago, it was horrible. I had constant flare ups and a daily battle. BUT I have been flare up free for at least 3yrs! How long has any gone without a flare up? Because not I kinda say, I don’t have MS
It doesn't mean you don't have MS anymore, you just haven't had any relapses. It's great for you - I hope it continues like this for you 👍🏻
Like Claire said ms will be there always but through diet, dmt , supplements and exercise you can manage the conditions and bee free from relapse for decades. It is like before I find myself in the hospital every two weeks due ms symptoms, but now I don’t have to do that. I just make sure to manage perfectly my condition. Everytime you complete your annual mri read the results that helps you to see where you stand.
