Infusion or injection DMT?

Finally, after years of nothing, I’m being offered a DMT - hooray! But I have to decide between Ocrevus and Kesimpta. I realise it’s different for everyone but I’m interested to hear people’s experiences. The good, the bad, the ugly! Thanks in advance!

I chose Kesimpta. I never gave Ocrevus a thought. I have been on 3 diffeeent DMTs.

I have been on both. Crap gap with Ocrevus gets longer, over time. Between 1-4 weeks before, and after, subsequent infusions of Ocrevus, I would have full pseudo-flares. Over time, the time period of nastiness kept increasing. Kesimpta has a tiny crap cap of 1-2 days, before and after subsequent injections, you feel like dog 💩. Ocrevus is up to 7 hours in an infusion center, twice a year. Kesimpta is a quick poke in stomach fat, once a month. Neither had any other side effects to speak of, and I generally felt better on them, than I did on Tecfidera, which was a nightmare with the body furnace heat it caused.
