Restless leg syndrome

I get restless leg syndrome at night making it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. My chiropractor advised me to take Magnesium, but my neurologist told me not to because it interacts with my Lyrica. Anyone have advise to help me fall asleep and stay asleep with RLS?
@Welker20

I take magnesium every night and have for several years. Just started Lyrica last spring and wasn't advised by my neurologist to stop the magnesium. I don't have any issues with taking both. I can't speak for your Dr though. Laying off the caffeine seems to help as well.

@Welker20 My neurologist prescribed me gabapentin. I take it along with 25mg trazadone at night. Together they are helpful with controlling my restless leg. I also find that keeping my legs and feet warm by wearing long thigh high fuzzy socks is helpful too. I hope you find a solution. Another conversation with your neurologist might help too
