Sensation in feet

I'm scheduled to establish with a neurologist in early July, however, right now my feet feel like their always waking up from being asleep. Kinda like ever so light fluttering that feels like they are moving when laying or sitting. Anyone else experience this? What helps?

Absolutely, these were actually my first symptoms. It was like static in your toes that just starts spreading. Do you feel like your inflamed? From my experience this happens during a flare up. These best thing with out medical intervention is to change your diet to an anti inflammatory diet.

@Elvistr6 thanks for the reply and that's the best description I've heard. Feet always feel inflamed. The sensation on them is such that when I'm sitting in my chair with feet off the ground I feel my body is rotating. Just from the sensation.
