For those that need a gut cleaner and have difficulty doing a ups delivery try kimchi... it cleaned me out...and only used it for 2 days.... its not that bad

What is this, does it help
@Sammyb for me heeeee÷ck yeah...I was unable to go to the bathroom (2) for 4 days...2 days eating kimchi (a korean dish) and it cleared me out...go to you tube and research kimchi cause if I try I'd mess it up
