I am wondering if anyone would be interested in a meet up? I was diagnosed at age 22 (now 24). While I listened to my peers in their 20s and 30s make plans for their future I became hesitant for mine. I have come across various support groups which tend to be when I am at work. I find there is a certain disconnect between my friends and I where they do not fully understand how living with MS affects life decisions therefore, I struggle to bounce ideas and concerns with them. I am wondering if there is a group of ladies who are living with MS and at a similar stage of life perhaps navigating career planning, growing relationships, considering having a family and experiencing disconnect from friends. Would you be interested in a meet up, perhaps a coffee or a drink (quarterly or so) one evening where we can bounce ideas off each other with others who understand and have experience with similar circumstances. I certainly do not want to exclusive of anyone outwith this demographic if anyone else was interested in joining. I am certainly not usually the type to arrange these sorts of things but wondered if it may be beneficial for myself and others. ☺️

Omg hi! I'm a Fifer but yes hahaha! Im a wheelchair user now tho so I'd have to like.... Deal with that too 😂 I'm 36 (will be 37 soon and I feel like I've aged a decade in a year), only diagnosed a few weeks ago so any real opportunity to meet some folk in the same space, and similar age range, would be grand 🩷
