@So 1st time posting on here… kinda new here… and diagnosed a yr ago.. officially… there was about a year of test done..so how does others deal with falls? I had my 2nd fall in the last 6 or so months… it really scared me that I could fall so easy… 1 min I was up… next I was on the floor.. now I’m in my head about it.. on Shift.ms

Is a battle always there. I’ve managed not to fall in awhile but have close calls daily catching myself. It’s hard to stay outta your head when the fear is always there but just try not to let it consume you. Is difficult but you got this shit can’t let life win, your stronger

@royt thank u! I appreciate the support… yea I refuse to let this define me… but it’s super scary when I fall… and I hit hard! I fell while coming out the shower… took the towel rack w me… and I’m so sore feel like I was in a car accident… but thank god 4 the pain meds! They are Tleast taking the edge off although they are at the point where it’s barley taking the edge off most days… ugggg I hate this shit!
