hi there, I have zappers (good word for them) but theyr in my left cheek. They are like really strong electric shocks which I can hardly stand when I am having an attack. I am on strong medication for them Carbomazipine & they are called Trigeminal Neuralgia.Sounds similar to yr brain ones but not quite the same. Feel for you ☹️

Thank you for sharing I appreciate it... It has been 15 months.I've lost my job.I have seen 8 specialists and no one can figure me out.And I am getting worse with each passing month
