L'hermittes led to my diagnosis! I no longer get it. Was 34y ago. With MS you gotta relax into it. Easier said than done I realise but when you accept weird shit happens it makes it slightly easier. After this time it is no longer a shock to get a new sensation and I managebby telling myself much of it is a false sensation. I used to be very angry much of the time and it undoubtedly cost me a marriage. Getting a handle on that is a good thing.
