Brain fog, oops moments🤣
I went to my hospital appointment to see my MS consultant yesterday and we discussed medication side effects and cognitive issues.
I take Amitriptyline 50mg at night and he suggested to reduce it or stop taking it as it causes tiredness, cognitive problems. Of course I will be monitored by the doctor to make sure I'm safe while doing this. But, I need to have anti anxiety meds that might help me not only to 'relax' but also to focus more. I also need to try to reduce some of my other medication like Baclofen as that also causes the same problems, but as i have spasms at night especially I should continue with that one. I asked if the was any natural remedies for spasms but he said no there isn't 🥺
I have had no recent relapses, no new lesions for quite a long while. I'm on Tecfidera since for most of my MS journey.
Ooops moments 🤣 I made a cup of tea..sort of🤔 it started with a honey and ginger tea bag, added honey then I completely forgot what I just did and added a normal tea bag🤣
When I took out the tea bag started to drink it I realised there was another one there😳 I was going to throw the drink away but decided to try it. Interesting flavour, not bad if i say so myself👍🏼
