Fatigue

So I guess this is where I’m coming to vent because nobody gets it. My husband thinks he gets it but I told him you won’t get it till you get it. I’m so tired of always saying I’m tired. I hate MS!

It’s not easy for sure! I’m putting in a bathroom in my pool house and remodeling a bathroom in my house at the same time. I can work a few hours at a time most days but once you’re done you are DONE! Have you changed your diet at all? I noticed that cutting out processed foods, especially fake sugary foods.
