Advice please!

They've just found two new lesions on my brain and now They're discussing to change my medication. I'm currently on tecfidera And they have suggested Ocrevus. I know my MS is active but it's not severely active and with Ocrevus it completely gets rid of your b cells. I also thought about kesimpta..... What are your thoughts around these drugs?
@FloridaSpike

Kesimpta is a breeze, as far as side effects. Ocrevus has a nasty “Crap Gap” at next infusion time that may make you feel horrible for a few weeks, every 6 months. Best of luck! Anything is better than the Tecfidera and that internal furnace heat nonsense!

Switched from Ocrevus to Kesimpta over a year ago and so far so good. It's a little more convenient and not much of a crap gap. Good luck with whatever you decide 💪🧡
