Pains in arms

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone gets pains in there arms like an electric shock mine have been doing it for a couple of days. I’ve been drs but he’s saying he can’t tell if it’s the ms or a fibromyalgia flare up as I have both conditions

Hi Jane sorry to hear this is happening to you, I get these pains quite a bit in my arms and shoulders , I've been to the physio about it but he checked me over and he thinks it is nerve pains , hope this helps you
