Night blind
Has anyone else gone night blind? I suffered from optic neurosis (fainted and came round blind in one eye)it led to my ms diagnosis 2 days later. After my sight mostly came back I have found I can nolonger see in the dark and hence can no longer drive after sunset which is rubbish in winter when I cant be out after 4pm. It's like a curfew on independence.
I really struggle with driving during sunset and after. I can’t judge distances for the life of me. This also happened after optic neuritis too. I have to get friends or taxis - so frustrating!
How long ago did you get your sight back? Maybe it will take more time. I had the same. My vision is much better but I really feel there are a few things like distance and night vision that have never been the same. I also struggle to balance when it's dark and had to stop going to yoga studios that keep the room dim.
