Never give up

Even when you feel at your lowest, never give up. I got down to 107 lbs the last relapse. Messed with my ticker, weight, mood, sleep. I got so weak I could barely carry myself. I silently gave up my work outs and my sanity. Well I’m back to 2 miles a day. Slowly working everything else back in as well. Grinding on my classes and stacking my wins.
