Don’t slow down!

Starting week three of my diet and new work out routine. I can do everything except a lot of the standing lifts. Few of the small ones but I feel like if I can get some meat in my waist I’ll be in a better place. The last relapse just about killed me. An has to it my body in a place I almost rather it had taken me out. Well this run we’re hitting the ground sprinting either I get me back or…. I’ll just get me back how’s about that! Lol don’t let this slow you down. Once you quit your done. Always stay moving even if it’s just across the couch across the house never stop. I was in tears for days starting this now I’m itching for more pain!

Love it I start physical therapy on Thursday and really excited fingers crossed that I get stronger

@volcom1030 it’s different and difficult in so many different ways for everyone. What’s kept me going every time I have to pick myself up. The more pain I push through the less pain I’m in tomorrow. For me this round that’s how it’s been so far. The more pain I go through the easier things seem to get. I can actually do a small jump kick again it’s only about knee high but I can get myself off the ground without dying on the way down! 🫶💪 Know your limits! Listen to your body, if you still got grit to give then give it hell! But if you know you literally need to lay there and breathe do so. Lots of water and good diet helps immensely.
