OK ppl I need tips and tricks . Have been working to start this self cath life but I can't get the hang of it. I am a larger lady and have a fused lower lumbar so no flexibility. I have tried mirrors , iv tried laying on the floor and tried just blind touching but not finding it the opening . To me it's seems I have no sensitivity down below cause I am just not feeling the tub touching my skin
