Telling someone you have been on a few dates with about the diagnoses
The apps are fairly horrendous, after a year of a loop of the same crap I have actually met someone I genuinely like. She is also full steam ahead etc. So the time has come to tell her about having ms. Any thoughts on how best to approach it. My current plan is via txt.
You know she will look up everything on the Internet the minute you do that. I would need a gentle face to face discussion to even understand about what you are going through first.
As @JCvoyage has said, would seriously recommend a face to face conversation. Put yourself in a similar situation. Would you have been happy with just a text to let you know diagnosis? At least with face to face you can hopefully answer the many questions she might have. It’s easy to forget how much someone might not know about the condition when we’ve been living with it and researching ourselves for a period of time.
