Spasms

Has anyone experienced this? Lately I have been experiencing spasms in my lower back which radiates into my hips and buttocks which is crippling. At times it so intense it causes me to collapse (not fall down). I have increased my dose of “Gabapentin” 900 mg. Additionally when that gets relieved the spasms move to the side of my outer left knee. I get Botox injections every 3 months in my left leg and take Baclofen as well

I haven't in my lower back, but I've had several bouts of spasm in my neck. Two bouts in particular left me bed bound and in agony for days. One led to hospitalisation. Thankfully it is rarely as bad as it has been in the past. I had a med review following the worse bout and have muscle relaxants for when I get neck spasms, they seem to be doing the job

I used to have horrible issues with my lower back, then I installed a pulley weight system on my wall, and started pulling weight from multiple different angles, over several years, and now I am able to do pull ups, chin ups, and my back has stopped deciding mess with me as bad. Now, your description sounds more like a pinched nerve, that is continuing to be aggravated. Have you had an injury (outside MS damage,) that could be a co-contributor to your nerve issues? Just a curiosity question 🙋‍♀️. I love getting to the root cause of issues.
