Please can someone help me describe my symptoms to new Neurologist?!

Hello … I hade a question that I think only the MS community can help with and I’d be so grateful if anyone can help. I have RRMS and currently on Kesimpta. I was previously on Ocrevus. But my MS is always getting worse. I have an appointment tomorrow with a new neurologist (because I’ve moved cities) and I would like help in how to describe my symptoms to this new neurologist. For months I had the most extreme, constant pain and numbness / pins and needles in my legs. But since I had an infection in October, my MS has got entirely worse. I can barely walk and my feet feel scrumpled up and I couldn’t wear my shoes. My legs are so weak and the bit I can’t describe is what I wonder if anyone can help me with describing when I talk to the neurologist. It feels always like all the inside of my legs have just been squashed into my legs, which feel like container for mashed up nerves that are my legs? Does this make sense to anyone? I would really appreciate someone explaining what this could be and help describing it to the doctor? Thank you and hope this question isn’t too bizarre and someone might know what this is?? Thank you!!
@Laure

See you describe already clearly how you feel, tell him exactly what you put into your question here. He will understand. You don’t need to find a name for it. Keep in mind that when we get infected, that is the worst thing that can happen when you have ms , a lot of pain. Blood work and mri will help him to detect what is going on. Write down on paper the infos you put here and read it to him. Don’t try to memorize .

I agree with laure.. daily journaling your symptoms will show patterns. Share ur journal with your medial team. Speak/write from heart on what your experiencing (just like what u wrote above). I wish you all the best in your ms journey.
