I have what is probably neuropathic itch during my crap gap. Anyone else? What relieves it?

My itch is due to overheating but if I dont pay attention. M y body temperature gets above 66. Ill start itching and sweating pretty pathetic but thats my heat threshold.
Yes regulating my body temperature with cooling devices. I do that a few times a day at least. Especially after divorce, then moving from Montana to Nevada.
