Legs aches
Just going about my day today and resting until work. Then I get a twitching spasm in my left arm. Now my right leg is aching & the heating pad is not very effective. Anyone else have leg aches rather than pain?

Yes! Like muscle cramps but NOTHING relieves the pain. And I'm on 279mg of methadone for pain. Lol
@Pixi420 ugh. Right, that’s suppose to help severe pain. I guess when our bodies are misfiring medication can’t even tell it what to do.
