Can anyone else try this: Have their MRI scans taken and measured by their neurologist and then initiate their diet adjustments, red meat, milk, cheese, butter, and heavy oils reduced. An MRI can then be taken after 1 month. If the MRI results show any evidence of a reduction in the lessions size, then you are on your way to "overcoming MS".

Well I dont eat red meat or dairy has not worked for me 🤔

Also if you are on a dmt, there is no way to isolate the effects of diet vs other factors (like a dmt). Usually a study would also require a control group.
