Only thing I could suggest is therapy of some type. The numbing & tingles may be there forever unfortunately. Medicines may well be a costly endeavour that gives u more stress getting you nowhere - always could end up being short-term. For years I pestered doctors & neuros about same in in my left arm & hands before coming to the conclusion it’s the new normal 😢 Notice your stateside - if in a legalised state for marijuana - should try. Flower for smoking, edibles for eating - whatever your jazz. Alternate option is THC patches (similar to nicotine patches) Exercise such as in a swimming pool be a fair option. Hot-tub/jacuzzi. Leg massage with the right oils be decent. Don’t stress too much it can eventually be the new normal. I don’t like wearing permanent invisible gloves but the alien takeover stopped & the alien lost. Now give me the arm back jerks 😂 almost 25 years of numb & tingles. Never disappeared but I just stopped stressing over it. Go for a long bath & use some nice bath oils. It’s really an emotional stress but whilst your in, can listen music, read or whatever & come up with a new game plan. Might just stop noticing it a few hours but that’s some free therapy that you can indulge in

I take Aubagio 1 pill daily. I'am low income so I get for free. Been on it for 4 years now. It helps me to not have Ms attacks or simtoms 😊 I use to get leg massage and that helped a lot with symptoms. 😁
