Hand pains

Hi everyone 👋 new here. Hope everyone is having a good day. I have a question regarding hands. When I lean over to pick something up I get pain on top of my hands, feels like the veins are going to pop? Does anyone get this? And does anything help ease the pain? Sending love 💘 xxx

Thank you. I am still awaiting on mri and diagnosis after optical neuritis in November. I have made a list of symptoms. Hope you are doing OK.

I get this when I squeeze things sometimes! Like a spray bottle my hand seems to spasm and it hurts 😰xx

@HayleyJC1988 , this could be a spasm or a cramp. You can exercise the hand by squeezing a stress ball, which may help. If a stress ball isn't available, a handful of socks would suffice.
