Neuro-physio experience - help manage foot drop
Hi, has anyone had experience with a neuro-physio or exercises to help with foot drop? If you have any advice or had experience with it, DM me pls. Thanks in advance

Yes, they will give you a sheet of paper with exercises to strengthen your ankle, legs etc .and tell you to repeat .
I got my foot drop to go away I did not follow standard procedure I did get a Dorsey flex afo was awesome but only used it when I really needed to I kept working those two muscles so they didn't atrophy too much rule 1 do not let those two calf muscles die always work them get it a TENS unit or something
