I was diagnosed with ms nearly 2 years ago since then I have been having strange dizziness attacks that are very different from my normal dizziness but recently I have been experiencinghead pulsating followed by extreme ms dizzy attack where betahistine is no longer effective is anyone else experiencing this and if so can you share some advice on how do prevent/ deal with it

Might be vertigo I had it

For vertigo meclizine worked well for me. Ask ur ms team for it. If this lasts longer than 48 hrs, report it to ur ms team.
