Balance issues
Anyone else have balance issues in the heat or walking too much as their primary symptom from MS?
What is some advice to help with this?

Hi, I’ve had issues walking over the past few years and now use mobility aids. From one stick to two depending on how things are. I find two helps best with balance because you can catch yourself before falling. I would recommend using a cool towel if possible to keep the temperature down because heat sensitivity is definitely a thing. Sometimes, the more simple, stop and rest is what is needed in my experience. I hope this helps.
Polar company usually around February takes applications for free cooling products from people with MS. You can reapply for them every 5 years I believe. I got mine 3 years ago. You get all kinds of ice packs with a cooling vest, wristlets and anklets to put them in but there are different packages to choose from. I went from not being able to mow my lawn due to the heat to being able to push mow the whole .37 acre.
