Neuropyschologist results

I hope you're all OK. The report for the Neuro has been completed and my neurologist will get a copy and I will also get a copy as well. I will be speaking to my neurologist tomorrow so I will get his opinion on it. But I got a call from the neuropsychologist just explaining to me the scores of the test. She said to me that my scores are below average range. She said that she couldn't tell me whether this was MS related but my numerologist may be able to confirm that. She thinks that I get distracted and on the fatigue whilst going through the assessment also causes hyper vigilance and it can make me frustrated and confused. So I'm just wondering if anyone knows about the results that they may have received themselves and what will happen when speaking to the neurologist. I'm worried on what effect that he could have on my employment if I get another job!

The neuropsychology assessment covers. I have had mine but, to be honest, the neuro didn't even acknowledge it. Let alone anyone else. Just neuropsychologist giving some coping strategies... Half-assed that an OT would give you.

I found it a useful report when I had mine as it confirmed my experiences of not being able to retain aural information. I was then able to discuss with my employee to email me requests/work rather than tell me as otherwise I was likely to forget what I have been told/asked. Same here that they couldn’t say if it was the MS or not that lead to weaker areas. But now they have a baseline so if you ever need to see them again they can compare and see if there has been any significant change. Take what you can from the report and think about strategies you need to work round your weaker areas.
