Disability versus redundancy.

Hello! I live in the UK and have recently been told that I am at risk of redundancy (statutory). I can't find anywhere a reason why disability isn't considered when age is. Redundancy pay is calculated using length of service and age alone it appears. Does anyone have any advice or life experiences regarding enhanced pay due to disability? All the Internet is saturated with is the equality act and that I can't be discriminated against which I know 😅
