I've been on Kesimpta for 3 months now and had 2 UTI's during that time and 1 just before I started Kesimpta. Does it ever get better/reduce? I've had to ring in sick just so I can get to see a doctor as well as the pain it's causing and making my MS symptoms flare up. I'm struggling to drink enough and fully empty which is what's causing them but I'm so forgetful I never remember to drink or double void. I've been referred to the bladder team but they've just advised pelvic floor exercises and to join the waiting list if it does not improve. I'm so tired of my body not being my own. Sorry for the rant, I feel like I have no one to talk to that understands.
