Fatigue and running

Hello. I’m interested to know how those runners amongst you manage your fatigue? I’ve been a runner for years and used to do reasonable distances quite happily. But lately anything over about 5/6km leaves me feeling broken for days. Absolutely wiped out. I never used to suffer with fatigue but feel like I’m really struggling now. I love running and am so desperate to get back to full fitness and resume my long runs on the moors but feel like it’s never going to be possible right now. 😩 Thanks in advance. Gx

@Gem1 I can't run but I do cycle which requires a similar level of fitness. To be ok the following day I do the following: Have a B12 jab every 2mths Take Magnesium Glycanate 3x per day Drink electrolytes and vit c Not overdoo the protein
