I have MS and started a job in November, but due to the work being 3 shifts, I experienced a relapse. I can not physically or psychologically do the job (it's working with families who are at risk of losing their children, and requires me to watch the families on CCTV 24/7 in a 3 floor building. The families can also buzz 24/7 for staff to attend their apartment to assist with children or supervise feeds. I have signed a 2 year contract, and am worried that I will face financial penalties if I resign.
