I find after over a year since diagnosis, and still trying to get on the right meds, treatment, exercise and diet; that this is quite helpful. some stuff doesn’t ring too true and requires further research. I am a nurse, so I love my research. I like to look at a lot of it as a great idea spark and a starting point for my own knowledge and if there is something I want or need to look further in to. I was diagnosed in October 2024. So I have had a lot to learn

@AmberCharissa So much to learn, which takes up a lot of time. The AI helps make the initial research quicker doesn’t it, so must be a good thing surely.
